1. Depósito / Deposit
ES: Todo depósito realizado es no reembolsable y garantiza la reserva del cupo.
Cubre gastos administrativos y operativos.
EN: All deposits are non-refundable and secure your reservation.
They cover administrative and operational expenses.
2. Cancelaciones del Cliente / Client Cancellations
ES: Los reembolsos aplican únicamente sobre montos efectivamente pagados,
excluyendo el depósito inicial y servicios no reembolsables.
EN: Refunds apply only to amounts effectively paid, excluding the initial
deposit and non-refundable services.
3. Servicios No Reembolsables / Non-Refundable Services
ES: Incluyen entradas a Machu Picchu, boletos de tren, vuelos, hoteles
prepagados y cualquier servicio sujeto a políticas estrictas de proveedores.
EN: Includes Machu Picchu tickets, train tickets, flights, prepaid hotels,
and any service subject to strict supplier policies.
4. Modificaciones / Modifications
ES: Cambios solicitados con más de 15 días podrán realizarse sin penalidad,
sujetos a disponibilidad. Cambios con menos de 15 días podrán generar diferencias tarifarias.
EN: Changes requested more than 15 days in advance may be made without penalty,
subject to availability. Changes under 15 days may incur fare differences.
5. Fuerza Mayor / Force Majeure
ES: En caso de desastres naturales, conflictos sociales o restricciones
gubernamentales, se ofrecerá reprogramación, crédito transferible o reembolso parcial
descontando costos ejecutados.
EN: In cases of natural disasters, social conflicts, or government restrictions,
rescheduling, transferable credit, or partial refund will be offered, deducting executed costs.
6. Responsabilidad Limitada / Limited Liability
ES: Yes Adventure actúa como intermediario entre el cliente y proveedores
turísticos y no será responsable por actos u omisiones de terceros.
EN: Yes Adventure acts as an intermediary between the client and tourism
suppliers and is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties.
7. Jurisdicción / Governing Law
ES: Este contrato se rige por las leyes de la República del Perú.
Toda controversia será resuelta exclusivamente ante los tribunales competentes de Cusco, Perú.
EN: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Cusco, Peru.
8. Aceptación Electrónica / Electronic Acceptance
ES: Al realizar el pago mediante plataforma digital, el cliente declara haber
leído y aceptado estos términos de manera legalmente vinculante.
EN: By completing payment through a digital platform, the client declares
having read and accepted these terms as legally binding.
